Cancellation Terms

WishZep allows cancellations strictly through direct contact with our support team. We value speed, so act fast.

To cancel an order, you MUST contact customer support at wishzep@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of placing the order.

*Orders that have already been dispatched/shipped cannot be cancelled.*

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for cancelled orders (pre-shipment) or verified defective items.
Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Bank Delays: Refunds may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect in your bank statement depending on your bank's policy.
